AA floor and Decisive% split the score into its two axes. Measured over 169 players and 16,574 played games: a decisive event is worth a near-flat +30 (44.3 → 74.8) and lands in 22.6% of games. At equal Floor the two trade off almost exactly — corr −0.80 within a quality band — so the same Floor can be built two opposite ways, and only these columns tell them apart. This is deliberately NOT the rank: past total predicts future total better than past AA does (r .649 vs .578), so AA is a second axis, not a better one. Which end you want depends on the board — chasing a rung above your reach, goal-dependence buys the tail; on a ranked board, a floor you can count on is worth more.
